Volcom‘s Bruce Irons brought flare surfing to the masses on the cover of this month’s Transworld Surf, and now there’s video of Irons pulling his on-board flare trick as part of Red Bull’s Minor Threat surf promotion on the remote Mentawai Islands in the Indian Ocean, the subject of the Transworld cover story mentioned above. With fall fashion in full swing (say that 10 times fast) we’re steadily upping our stock of dope denim for your panting pleasure (now say that 10 times reeeeeal slowwwww).
