This season’s Limited Series t-shirts from Obey feature the work of Obey staff photographer Jon Furlong, who actually got his start in the Obey warehouse. However, once the dudes at Obey copped a peek at his photo portfolio, his days in the warehouse were done and he was deemed the official photographer for Obey’s worldwide exploits. The Bombs Away 01 t-shirt features a photo Furlong took during the 2009 Obey European Invasion Tour, of the Obey team wheat-pasting their ubiquitous Andre the Giant logo on a Paris Pizzeria. The photorealistic screen definitely does justice to Furlong’s dope photo, and it’s printed one of Obey’s amazing tri-blend tees, making for one of this season’s most legit t-shirts.
